That is the motto of the day...perhaps should be the motto for my life....learn and grow...much learning is taking place, hopefully the growth with follow shortly...

one is the lonliest number
Two days, two posts...woohoo
Boy 2 didn't come out this weekend. I hate when I have the weekend all to myself, I don't like being alone all the time. Him not being here just reminds me of how lonely I am. I know I need to learn to be happy with myself, but I guess I'm just not ready for it yet.
I did have lunch with The Girl yesterday. That was very nice, don't get to see her nearly as much as I'd like too. We met in Henryetta, I gave her a suitcase I had which she will use on her trip to San Diego next week. We ate at Braums, and NO I didn't have ice cream, proud of that little fact. We then walked around the tiny Walmart. It was great spending time with her.
I need to start working on finding some direction in my life....

long time no post (again)
Been over a year since I last posted anything...guess blogging isn't really for me...maybe i just like the idea of it...
It's been a year with many changes. Changes in location, changes in marital status, changes in job...lots of changes.
Change in Location...moved from Shawnee to Haskell in July...moved to be closer to Boy 2 who lives with his dad now. Only 20 minutes from him now. I get to see him just about every weekend. He comes here or I go hang out with him. I don't think he much cares which it is as long as he is getting to play his games...
Moving means less time with the Girl and Boy 1. Boy 1 is in college now, he is rocking it!! Deans list, going to the the Secretary of the Honors Club next year. He is doing really well. So proud of him. So proud of The Girl too. She is doing good at work, and plans to go back to school. She is leaving next week for a trip to San Diego. Don't get to see them or talk to them nearly as much as I'd like too.
Change in Marital Status...it's about time, enough said!! Was a huge mistake, time to move on. I sure don't like being alone, but I know it's for the better.
Change in Job...Quit the state in January 2012, didn't work until July. Went to work for a small transit company. Work with a lot of the same type of people as I did with the state. Really enjoy it. I would much rather be driving that working the office, but I'm glad to have a job that pays the bills, even if there isn't much left over after that. I would still like to go back to school and work on my masters, just have to decide what to do it in. Although i love my job right now, I know it's not what I'm going to keep doing, it's just a transition job. I need to set my sights a little bit higher. I still want to work with kids, and better their lives.
Would really like to make something of my blog, guess I need to start with consistent posting. Doesn't matter that no one is reading....
